Our Team
Hunter Cowley
Hunter is a clinical psychotherapist who provides counseling services for children, adolescents, young adults, and families affected by neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, difficulty regulating emotions, aggression, social anxiety, school/work avoidance, meltdowns, and shutting down. Hunter understands personally and professionally about the complexities and challenges related to anxiety, low self-esteem, isolation, and difficulty relating to peers.
Hunter can help with setting and achieving small goals, setting in place the necessary steps to feel more fulfilled and purposeful in life. Prior to becoming a therapist, Hunter served in the military, worked in manufacturing, and was an entrepreneur. When Hunter is not working, he is busy raising two children with his wife, riding motorcycles through AZ, flying small planes, and spending time with his family.
Sharna Horn, LPC
I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families of all ages and stages of life for the last 16 years. I am also a veteran. Learning coping skills to manage our day to day lives allows us to experience joy even in the midst of a storm. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages struggling with symptoms related to anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, neurodivergence, relationship struggles, trauma, grief, and low self-esteem.
My objective is to help you, your child, or your family unpack the difficult experiences that bring you or your loved ones to counseling and help you move toward a place of peace and healing. Being human is hard! Fighting our lived experiences is a barrier that increases our suffering. Using skills from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and polyvagal theories, I will help you or your child reduce anxiety, depression and other symptoms that prevent you from living your best life.
